On the weekend of May 23-25, Yoshinken Sweden was visited by Sensei Wiert Postema from Shinbuken Holland.

Wiert is perhaps the student of Sensei Jan Kallenbach (Taikiken) and Sifu Cui RuBin (Yiquan) who handles the inner energy (Ki) in the same way as Sensei Marshall McDonagh (founder Yoshinken).

We trained 4 sessions with a focus on Ritsuzen and Yuri. We also had time to visit Oyama Karate Kai where some karatekas got to experience the power and balance of a master of this.
