On Saturday, June 7th, we in Yoshinken were visited by Per Nyfeldt's Yi-Quan group. It was very nice to have Per's students and to see similarities and differences in the different styles at the training.

The origin of Taikiken is from Yi-Quan and Sawai's "Boxingbrother" was Yao Zong Xun who were both students of Master Wang is a direct descendant to Per via one of Yao's sons while my connection is Marshall McDonagh who was a student of Kenichi Sawai.
